Terms and Conditions for Payment Policy

Welcome to Ravi Prakash Cyber Services. By engaging in the services provided by us, you (the "Client") agree to the following payment terms and conditions. These terms outline the payment obligations, cancellation policies, and other important details for our job consultancy services.

1. Services Provided

The Company provides job consultancy services, including but not limited to recruitment, talent acquisition, career counseling, resume building, interview coaching, and job placement services. These services are available based on the package selected by the Client.

2. Payment Structure

(a) Consulting Fees: The fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement between the Company and the Client. These may include one-time charges, monthly retainers.

(b) Package Selection: The Client will be informed of the available consultancy packages and their respective fees. Payment will be due as per the terms specified for the selected package.

3. Payment Terms

(a) Due Date: Payment is due within 5 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest at a rate of 10% per month on any outstanding balance.

(b) Method of Payment: Payments may be made via [bank transfer, credit card, online payment portal, etc.]. The Company reserves the right to modify the available payment methods.

(c) Non-Refundable Fees: All fees for services rendered by the Company are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, unless specified otherwise in a formal agreement.

(d) Payment Delays: If the Client fails to make payment within the specified time, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services until the payment has been received in full.

4. Invoices and Receipts

The Company will issue invoices to the Client for the agreed-upon fees. Each invoice will contain details of the services provided, the amount due, and the payment due date. Receipts will be provided upon successful payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

(a) Cancellation by Client: The Client may cancel services at any time, but cancellation requests must be made in writing. Any cancellation will not be eligible for a refund of amounts already paid unless otherwise agreed.

(b) Cancellation by Company: If the Company cancels the agreement due to breach of terms by the Client, or for any other reason, the Company may refund fees, subject to the nature of services rendered and the extent of the engagement at the time of cancellation.

6. Taxes

All payments made by the Client are exclusive of any applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or other governmental taxes. The Company is responsible for paying any taxes that may be applicable to the transaction.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information in accordance with its privacy policy. Payment information is processed securely using encryption protocols, and the Company will never share this data without the Client's explicit consent, unless required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding payment or services rendered, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration or mediation, depending on the terms outlined in the agreement.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these payment terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client via email or other appropriate means.
